#v7 changes: Nesting tags "hopefully" fixed completely

Added the option to use templates from the papercord git for rmc14 (not affilated, nor is this webapp)

Bal'd' mono a bit more, hopefully it's a bit more representative of in game

proper bodged the way headers work because HTML doesn't like same line headers

Re-wrote most of the code since it was ass
